Keep On Reading

I managed to read my Bible, about 20 chapters worth and some reading from Homer. I will hope to get some more reading done tonight.

Busy At Work

I havn't been able to do my reading except for a little bit these last few days. I am currently reading Homer's Illiad. Great old adventure story of Gods mettling in the affairs of men and they are having a time messing with the mortals.

Day 1 Completed First Day's Reading

Yesterday Vickie and I were watching a movie Julie and Julia about a woman who created a blog about her cooking from a Julia Child's cookbook, the movie is less to do with cooking, but more to do with setting out on a goal or mission and not give up when the going gets hard or you don't feel like. This is much the same reason I am doing this project to challenge my reading abilities and hopefully learn and enjoy one of my favorite activities, just like the old saying goes if was easy everyone would be doing it.

Day 1

This is a blog about me reading 100 books during this year. I have setup a few simple rules for this project. I am to read one hour from the Bible everyday, I am to read something technical or work related one hour everyday and read whatever I like to read one hour everyday. Once a book has been read post it on this site for verification.
